What is your return policy?
Royale Kids Collection issues STORE CREDIT ONLY
How do I return an item?
Please notify customer service by phone or email, within 24 hours of receiving order, if you need to return an item.
You may return unworn items, with tags attached, within 5 days of receipt. After 5 days, item becomes a final sale. Upon inspection, items must show No signs of wear or distress. If your item passes inspection, you will receive Store Credit Only to use on a future purchase.
Items must be shipped back to us (postmarked) within 5 business days, at your own expense.
If all terms of this policy are not met, your store credit will be denied.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your delivery via the courier source.
We are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by the courier.
What is your shipping policy?
In-stock items will ship out within 1 business day, or sooner. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. U.S. orders $75 and over will ship for free with code, via USPS.
During holidays your orders may be delayed by shipping company due to high volume, Casting Call Boutique cannot be held responsible. We are not responsible for orders delayed due to inclement weather.
Standard Shipping
Orders within the contiguous U.S usually arrive within 4-7 business days (for in-stock items).
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories usually arrive within 7-14 business days (for in-stock items).
Priority Shipping

With Priority Shipping Service, orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days if they are placed by 2 P.M. EST Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 2 P.M. EST and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Priority Shipping Service is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and some rural areas of the U.S.
Express Shipping

With Express Shipping Service, orders will be delivered on the next business day if they are placed by 2 P.M. EST Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 2 P.M. EST and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Next Business Day Delivery Service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and some U.S. holidays.

A signature may be required for delivery.
What is your processing time?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your online order to process, excluding holidays. In most cases orders normally ship within 24 hours.
How do I track my order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your delivery via the courier source.
We are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by the courier.
What are your delivery options?
We ship via USPS Priority, Express, and First Class. We also ship Fed Ex Ground in some cases for large orders.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping to Canada and the rest of the world. Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping. If assessed, these charges are levied after your package leaves our possession and are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs Office, the shipping company, or others. Duties, value-added taxes and miscellaneous fees associated with your order are not refundable by Casting Call Boutique. Rejecting an order due to duties, taxes, or fees does not entitle the purchaser to a refund from us and may not avoid the duties, taxes, or fees.
International Shipping
Orders to Canada and the rest of the world usually arrive within 7-14 business days (for in-stock items).
